Thank you for shopping at OhmReads.in. We want to ensure you have a great experience while learning and building electronics. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.

1. Digital Products (eBooks)

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks and downloadable PDF guides are final. Once the download link has been generated or sent, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Download Issues: If you face any technical issues in downloading the file, please contact us at support@ohmreads.in, and we will send you a fresh link within 24 hours.

2. Physical Products (Electronics Kits & Components)

We accept returns and replacements for physical goods under the following conditions:

  • Damaged/Defective on Arrival: If a component or kit is not working (Dead on Arrival), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To prevent fraudulent claims, we strictly require an unboxing video showing the package being opened and the defect for any replacement or refund request.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Components that have been soldered, burnt due to incorrect voltage, or physically altered by the user cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Orders: Cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful.
  • Physical Orders: You may cancel an order for physical products within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the item is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved for a physical product, it will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or NetBanking) within 5–7 working days.
  • For physical returns, the item must be in its original packaging with all components included.
