At OhmReads, we provide both digital content (eBooks) and physical electronics products (kits, components, and tools).
1. Digital Products (eBooks)
- Delivery Method: Digital products are delivered via an instant download link on the confirmation page and an email sent to your registered email address.
- Timeline: Usually delivered instantly. In rare cases, please allow up to 30 minutes for the email to arrive.
2. Physical Products (Electronics Kits & Components)
- Shipping Areas: We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery Timeline: * Metros: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. These charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages
OhmReads is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ohmreads.in with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you with a claim or replacement.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. OhmReads is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
